This place is not a treatment facility at all, their is no kind of treatment being delivered here. They change the rules to benefit themselves. I have only seen the doctor once and that was over a year ago when I went for my initial intake. I would like to know how they can justify allowing hundreds of people to come here daily for hours amidst a pandemic in a county that is in the red zone for Covid 19. Give these people their take homes and do yours part Crossroads

The chain of command and lack of communication is terrible. I was told I would be getting take homes then was told I wasn’t. I am being switched counselors again. You can’t be honest with your counselor because they lie to you. The wait times are ridiculous. There is a pandemic going on and Jefferson county is in the zone for Covid 19 I don’t know how they can justify having hundreds of people coming their daily and not giving take homes. Also I have been going to crossroads over a year and have only seen the doctor on my fi... read more

Don’t go here if you want any success with opioid addiction. They are all incompetent. Lie about drug screens and getting take homes. They lie about everything. There is a pandemic going on and they think it’s a good idea to have 100 of people here everyday without giving us take homes. We can’t get jobs which would make us contributors to our society. We can’t do anything that will allow us to be functional citizens because this place can’t get their shit together. None of us chose to be drug addicts none of us chose to be... read more

This place is run by a bunch of incompetent individuals the director talks down to people and is clueless in her job. The counselors are a joke I have had 3 with in the past year alone. They give take homes then take them back with no explanation or proof. The amount of drugs and dealers that are outside everyday is pathetic. I could get any drug I want on that property. It’s very sad how a place like this could stay in business as poorly as it is run. Also the fact that i can’t recieve a phone call while there is poposterio... read more

I must admit if you are an actual patient of the crossroads in Louisville then you would laugh at the previous reviews they must work for the company if they are posting those lies. The staff is virtually non-existent a large number has realized the inevitable truth the place is a joke however recovery is not a joke it's serious people are dying this place is a hazard to any attic attempting to begin recovery. Nearly every visit you will be forced to wait and whether you like it or not the parking lot begins to overflow with... read more
