Worst place ever. Would give it 0 stars if I could. My nephew was clean for 2 yrs. 7 months and relapsed in April. He went to crossroads Johnstown pa and should have been directed to in or outpatient treatment as a first line treatment. Ignorant doctor put him on prescription suboxone. He is now addicted badly to opiates as he's been given them for 4 months now starting . Crossroads has set him back from all he had accomplished in 2 and half years. Everything was going great till I was accused of failing my drug test. They challenged it and when they got the results back it was totally different from results from first test. Proof that it was faulty test. I go in and do a urine test right there on the spot and passed the test. So that should be proof that I am clean. I would like to remain on stage 3 where I worked very hard to get to. I don’t think it’s fair to just get my takehomes taken away from me that fast and easy for no reason. Not fair. My daughter in-law an son attended the treatment center in independence ky an I am great full because it has helped them get normalcies back in there life’s. I also would like to say thank you to the new administrator for going the extra mile with the pandemic because they have health issues and it would of really badly effected there life’s so thank all of the employees God bless you an your families!!! Me and my wife both attend the independence ky Clininic an the program has saved us both. I have to say that staff was stretched very thin doe to everything going on with the pandemic , but finally we have a very dedicated administrator an she jumped in with both hands an is doing a great job !!!! We love our clinic so thanks from the both of us

Me an my husband are both patients at the independence my center and We are so great full for the new administrator. It was in need of someone who cared about you not only as a patient but as a person. She has went above and beyond not only for us but for everyone. She also practices the open door policy that should of happened a longtime ago. This program saved mine and my husband’s life!!!!
