I was let everyone know upfront I had a work trip coming up and the day I came in to transfer. I let them know upfront that if i couldn't get a state exception for my trip then I wasn't transferring. I was told I could by the doctor only to then be told today I couldn't i guess ny soneone else. I am clean and am gonna be moving around all of Texas for my trip so guest dosing will not work. I would like what i was told in tve begining to be qhat takes places so i can go on my work trip.
Some how my drug screens are coming back with fentanyl and no marijuana when I have smoked weed and it says I don’t have weed in my system.
The workers are very polite and helpful. Just the only thing that’s not good is I have been clean and sober since Jan 15th and they tried to say I had a dirty drug screen last week. They admitted to me they had the labels wrong on my drug screen the week before and then I had a dirty. Also they gave the wrong person my container to piss in and luckily I caught onto it before she went and took her drug test. Or I would have another false drug test that was not mine. Please understand that we are not in control of the drug ... read more
I have been a patient for almost two years. Upon entering for treatment after many years of heroin addiction, I was finally able to stay sober for 18 months. I had not used even an aspirin from the day I walked into your facility. I protested that a mistake had been made by the new nurse who mislabeled my sample to no avail and lost my take homes. I was so upset it triggered m... read more
It seems the wait time has been getting longer and longer since Lisa has left. I’m not sure if it’s a nursing staffing issue but it’s impossible to work a first shift job and have children in school and continue to go here. They allow people to dose while wearing pajamas and house slippers. Hopefully the new director can figure this out soon.
I have relapsed and instead of questions into what is going on with me. I have been totally abandoned. I don’t have a counselor. There is a person that calls me. By the way since I relapsed there has been no contact!! About the only thing noticeable that happened was they started me over on my take homes. So the punishment phase is still on track. But the counseling and communication have left totally!!
To many people giving conflicting info. After filling out greivances on paper, no one has yet to get back with us. You all still saying Mark owes 12 bucks and Mary owes 24 and neither one has gotten any loaned to them? We believe the mistake was made in December and January.
So on my intake day I asked the counselor to walk to my car to get my DIABETES PEN. But now I’m being told that because I have diabetes I peeed dirty for alcohol. I never drink!!! I told them up front what meds and how much . So now I’m being treated like I I drink. Breath alyzer everyday for 13 days. and can’t level up. This is wrong. Now I have to be sick.
