Great staff, low wait time, great doctor
Felt like i was cared for, and people related and understood me not just the doctor, really liked the place, the doctor, the employees , and the patients . Only thing that could’ve been improved was the wait time to see the doctor, waited over an hour to see her, and people were coming in and getting called before me even thought my appointment time was before theirs and i was there before them, was weird to me but other than that everything was great!

The in office staff and service is great but the phone line that you call goes to an answering service. You can’t call the office directly and the answering service never returns calls or hits messages to your doctor. I have had to deal with them prob 15 times and not once has the message been relayed or gotten a return call. I called yesterday 3 times and no answer at all. When you are dealing with addiction or depression or both you should be able to reach a doc somewhat quickly. Their phone service is the worst.
Great care, never have to wait long for appointment. Staff is friendly, doctor Ruth has provided excellent care and always has me making progress in my recovery. Since on suboxone I feel 100% better and my life has changed. I drive from Evansville to appointments and from time to time they are able to do televisits, which I appreciate greatly. Great office (Middletown office), personable staff. Great doctor, Dr. Ruth is great and very compassionate and caring. I highly recommend this office and doctor for treatment. Suboxone has given me my life back and my recovery is going so much better. RBS
