Nice considerate counselors. Nice women in the cash office & the nurses are all caring. Only a few times it has taken a long time To dose. Also the doctor & practitioners are i friendly so overall after nine months of being in treatment I have "0" complaints

Y’all have helped me to have my life back!!! My counselor meosha is the best I can talk to her about anything!!! I don’t usually have anyone that i feel like I can talk to like that!! She has absolutely been a big part in helping me and giving me advise I my recovery I am thankful for all that crossroads!!!🌻

I have been at this clinic almost 9 years. I started methadone from pain management back in 2000. I had been in an out of P.M. They got so bad that they wind up treating a patient awful. I went to a few because the addiction an pain management and 3 other clinics (38 surgeries). This one has been by far the best. The clinic staff are great and as long as you follow the program you will gain control of your life. I am very grateful. Thanks, Rhonda I.

They changed protocols about the time clients have to stay inside clinics from 15 mins to 30mins. I had to leave my house at 3:00am to get in line at 4:15a and the clinic doesn’t let you inside the building until 5:00a and on top of seeing my counselor and doing regular scheduled meetings I didn’t get out of clinic until 5:55a. So instead of being inside the clinic on other schedule days which would have taken less than 15 mins it took almost an hour for a regular patient session.
It seems that every single time that I go in I have to see my counselor. There’s always something that has to be done. This last time was a drug screen that I had just submitted 2 weeks before. It was somehow lost between the testing facility and Crossroads. It was found while I sat in my counselors office but still the point is that there is no reason that I should have to see her as often. I feel like I should have a session and drug screen on the same day so I can at least 1 day out of the month to be able to come in get ... read more

You should have dedicated nurses to perform labs and bottle checks. If a client needs bloodwork then the nurse that he or she goes to has to close their window to go and perform the bloodwork If there are only two nurses to begin with then that means there is only one nurse for the next 25-30 minutes. Do you think that is acceptable? If you do, you have NO respect for your fellow man. Do something about this.
