They are awful. Drug deals in parking lot, no counselors that really care. Backstabbing and poor leadership.

I don’t know who gave you people permission to send mr this text but if I did or do come to your treatment center I think this is a huge invasion of my privacy…. I don’t send naked pictures nor do I look at porn on my phone because I have children around that might pick up my phone at any time and play with it…. Does that make sense to you…..? I certainly hope that it does… I am highly upset with this coming over my text messages…. Without my permission…. I want to know who did this…?

1. I was told I needed to see the doctor. After waiting 35 minutes I got in to see the doctor and she told me she did not know why I was flagged to see her. 2. I had an appointment to see my counselor at 7:00. It was 7:45 before I got to see him 3. The month before I saw the doctor to reduce my dosage and she said she would take care of it. When I cam... read more

They don’t have enough dosing nurses. I have been having to wait over an hour everyday and quite literally having to speed home to get my kids to school on time.

Today 12/31/21 there are 2 nurses and a ridiculously long line. This is completely wrong!! It’s just getting worse and worse every day. They can’t keep nurses here. You have to do better. Better pay, hours, benefits, something. The Director seems to do nothing much. I’ve had several counselors since I started here and every time I get a new one there seem to be problems that occur on my name and there’s nothing I can to about it. They are right and I am wrong. It would be great if there was a Patient Portal so we can see wha... read more

As far as my counselor I could t ask for better. The ladies at the pay window are great but the staffing shortage at the dosing windows causes a problem. I could get a work pass but I can’t leave my daughter alone to be there at 445 or whatever the time is. Personally I don’t understand why people can’t get a work pass and that allow them to go straight to a window. The people that have to be at work are risking job loss or punishment because several of us can’t be there at the allotted time.

Business response:

Hi Charles (lebron), thank you for submitting your review with us. We'll be happy to assist you with your inquiry. Waiting over 2-3 hours to dose is highly unacceptable. If you could keep the Nurses and Counselors happy they wouldn’t leave and things would run much smoother. For these folks to have to cut their evenings short Sun-Fri nights, to be up super early to arrive at work in time to open the doors for Clients at 5am, something more has to be offered. Higher pay, Bonuses, Incentives. Or for example, for each Counselor that completes all their Client Paperwork on time, they get an extra $X on their check or an extra Saturday off or... read more

Admitting to myself & deciding to end the doomed cycle I had gotten in due to being on prescription pain meds for over a decade was the most difficult, but also most rewarding action I have ever taken.. 2 years ago I started this process, over the Pandemic many counselors & nurses felt unsafe and resigned. My former counselor being 1 of them.. I suffer from moderate - severe epilepsy & over the last 5 months have had 2- grand mal seizures while in the dosing area.. Dr. Adeshina, La Dora & Trinity having been right there for ... read more
