I would like not to feel like I’m being held hostage every two weeks when I need to pick up my meds since I have been in treatment for over two years without a dirty drug screen I feel like I have earned the right to not have to wait and hour to see my counselor and then spend another 45 min seeing him every time I go

Was doing good until someone is not sending in request for payment to my Medicaid And I am having to pay nearly $100 bucks a week until this gets straightened out if it ever does

Crossroads has changed and saved my life. I don’t have to plan my life around if I’m gonna have pain pills to take that day. If I didn’t have 5-8 to take before I got out of bed I would be so sick, throwing up the whole nine yards. I wouldn’t be able to go to work or anything. With the help of God, and Crossroads I have my life back today. I could never say thank you enough.

Most visits are pleasant however the last couple of times or so that I’ve gone in someone over scheduled me. They have flagged me to see both my counselor and the nurse practitioner for at least 3 visits. It’s not feasible to do both in one visit. I am taking my recovery very seriously therefore I need extra time to spend with my counselor which she gladly gives me. If I were to see both the counselor and nurse practitioner in one day it would take at least an hour not including wait time for dosing. I was told originally... read more

The wait is too long sometimes and the sessions are repetitive it’s the same stuff everyday, I wish the clinic focused more on coming off the stuff I’ve been on it for 10 years now and have never been pushed to be off they don’t tell you methadone is harder to come off than the other drugs. I think it’s worse because you can be stable so you are ok with bei on it for the rest of your life . I just wish it was more about rehabilitation than just money. It can be cheaper especially when you hAve states that provide it for free

Crossroads saved my life it gave me my life back I have a great counselor you have really handled the virus that has all but shut most of the country down I talked to everybody at crossroads about the money on my account I still haven’t received I even talked to the main office and they said they would call and get my money released it’s not a refund I had close to 300.00 in my account when Medicare started paying that money was put in my account to pay for medicine or anything I needed to get at the clinic I also had it so ... read more
