Great the owner and founder and the people that run crossroads have spent years treating people with addiction to the pain medication that’s what got us all here mainly I know they went to school and did their homework and it’s helped a lot us and I’m grateful I had nothing else to try to get my life back livable when I came to crossroads and I have been able to do things I haven’t done in 15 years I’ve had 7 good years thank you so much

I really don’t know if this is the best time for me to make any comments I’m going to stand behind crossroads it gave me my life back but the amount they pay the dosing nurses needs to be more they work there long enough to find a good paying job then they are gone it leaves us with 2 to 3 nurses and it takes over an hour to get in there and out this has went on all 7 years I’ve been coming it’s the only I mean only flaw the place has

I had to do a drug screen, but I couldn’t go to the bathroom. I was told that is an instant fail, if a client can’t go to the bathroom. I think that’s wrong. I live 30 mins away and have health conditions where I can’t hold it that long. The Counselor actually told me not to go to the bathroom beforehand! I found that VERY INSENSITIVE! Really? This clinic has saved my life I got hooked on pain pills years ago from having surgery’s and didn’t know a lot about addiction and my life started getting out of control it’s better now it got me back on track I take care of my 85 year old mother and I have a hard time getting away from the house and sometimes I felt like nobody cared if I had time or not but then I had to think somebody with addiction learns to become a liar to try and cover up their problem and crossroads has hundreds of people with addiction problems and ... read more

The Ringgold branch is a laughing stock. Biggest joke. I’ve been coming for a few years now and everything has went to crap. You have to wait over an hour most days and the councilors could give a flying crap about you. If you have a job you can kiss that good bye. Cause you never get to work on time!! The best is the director! It all starts with her! Go get real help cause this place don’t care about you! They care about Money!! I have to be at work by 7:30am and it rarely happens anymore. I only go to the Clinic once a week and I take the rest home. I work from home and I couldn’t handle going in there any more often. I just don’t understand if I get there at 6am, why I can’t get out of there by 7am to get to work on time. Every other week, I have to meet with my Counselor, Stephanie, but she has WAYYY too many clients because she is ALWAYS busy with someone in her office. It takes hours everyday before you actually get to dose and leave. I was coming on weekly every Monday but I stopped going for a whole week because I would sit every Monday for 2-3 hours be late every week for work or other appointments it is ridiculous so when I finally returned this past Monday I have to go dose at clinic for 4 days before I get my weekly take homes again and it never fails the past 3 days I’ve sat in lobby for over an hour before they call numbers to dose in the back. The person who calls numbers needs to be trained properly. Apparently she gets confused on how to keep track and sends the wrong person up for dosing for instance sending no 183 to a window because she forgot that 177 was waiting.

I went in and my counselor Kristen Shultz was gone and nobody seemed to know where she went but I will say this u need to remember what it was that got u to where u r today it wasn’t money as u might think no it was the people. without good people to run the show idc how much money u got u can’t run a business this big by yourself. I think u need to think about that and if u will u will see I’m right.
