Crossroads has been a godsend in my life! It’s a great treatment center,and the staff are all very helpful & friendly.
It was fine until I wanted to start tapering down on my dose & they made me feel like an idiot. It was easier for them to up my dose & I don’t think that’s right. I’m wanting to taper down to eventually get off of it the right way & they made me feel stupid for even asking.

I’ve been to a few different clinics over the years. I’ve been taking methadone for over 5 years now. This is the 3rd time I’ve been on it. Seneca clinic seems like they don’t really care about you or trying to help make your life a little better. They make me more stressed out and wanna go back to street drugs. They tell me 2 months after I failed a drug test for opiates and I couldn’t get it retested cause it had been too long, but I know I haven’t done opiates in over 5 years unless prescribed. The policies there are so restrictive prohibit you from getting the medication you need which is why you're there in the first place.

Well for one y’all need to come up with a plan on Patient having. Scheduled meeting with counselors because ur open from 5:00 to 10.00 and patients have to be at work just like the counselors we can’t come in and have a 30 /45 minutes and be late to work ur a doctors office so please come up with a plan for scheduled appointments
