It’s simple. By following the program and talking to my counselor often I’m a completely different person . I feel like the old me!
Everything is going okay. The only thing is that I had 2 counseling sessions 2 weeks in a row. Back to back. I really don't understand that. I don't mind the sessions but there's only so much that I can talk about..it gets redundant!!!! Thanks....
