Where do I start your computer systems are so slow if I’m late for work one more time I’m fired. No as of April 1 you’re going to take away like a credit day and guys that helped me out more than once but we always have to pay it back I don’t understand I have to pay cash it gets expensive and I’m doing a whole lot better in life because of you guys but sometimes you make it hard on me and I do thank you for all you do but a little things you do to help us really mean something thank you
Staff actually cares. Go out of their way and deal with more than they should while staying professional, compassionate,and empathic. They do everything they can to help with everything they can. Resources are posted so that patients are aware of them. Front desk is always going above and beyond, as Is clinic nurse. Fine, I’m just confused why you don’t take my insurance. I am on a fixed income and really do not have the money So this is a really horrible situation I’m in now.
They saw that I had been sick so they helped get me through the process of dosing and the interview process as quickly as they could.
The staff there are amazing. I have been treated fairly and kindly by all of them.
