I truly appreciate and enjoy my experience, however I go to the Sharon Hill office and on Saturday June 27,2020 my appointment was for the televisit at 12:10! I connected to the zoom link and the reception lady said to come back in a half hour cause the Dr got called out well I went back on zoom at 12:40, waiting till 1:05(still on zoom waiting room) went to office the receptionist came to door I asked what was going on and she said she's doing the best she can I then state it when will I be seen she said she didn't know ice... read more
