I was in a bad spot and certain Dr's (Dr.Acri and Dr.Haggarty) were a big help and I appreciate their efforts. Some places claim to care but this place showed me that they really do care about their patients.

This last experience was awful. I was called last minute to cancel on me because a dr was sick and could only reschedule for a zoom appointment later in the day when I would be at work (I had to call out for this.) For a prescription that runs out the day of my appointment this seems that there should’ve been some urgency to get me in earlier. It’s hard for me to come every 2 woks especially in cold on bud. I always got a full month prescription. I don’t understand.
