The doctor was fine when I walked in at the treatment center there were two receptionist and the one receptionist was not engaging and not happy for me

With the staff being very helpful and proactive I find it easier to keep my recovery in the forefront of life as it should be.
The staff is genuinely concerned with my well being and it shows. I appreciate that with just about everything I’ve needed it was only a phone call away from being fulfilled.
I used the link given me for zoom and linked up 10 min early on Sunday at 10:10 am. After holding for 40 min I called and was told by Candice that they were about to pick me up. I held for another half hour. Called again and was told to hang up and go in zoom and make sure my name was on there. I did and sat on hold again for 20 min. Called again n was told that they had me listed as a no show and I would need a new appt. I hated it for the fact that I have a drug problem I relapse I do things that drug addicts do but instead of the doctors and them working with you they'd rather discharge you until you don't come back to me that seems like they don't care whether you get clean or sober live or die they need to check that.
