I have only done the initial visit, via zoom meeting. Everything was very punctual and the nurse practitioner was kind, helpful and receptive. I would definitely recommend to anyone in a recovery situation.

Crossroads of Ringgold goes above and beyond to help you. My counselor is AMAZING, she doesn’t just do our sessions and be done with me, she ALWAYS makes sure that I’m ok with my living situation, food, that my dose I’m on currently is doing well for me, etc., and if I ever need anything at all to let her know! The only thing I would like to see change at Crossroads of Ringgold is to have more than 2 dose nurses in the mornings, that would definitely help out so much!

From my experience it has been a patient focused environment, everyone from check in to dosing nurses counselors and the doctor has been very supportive of my success and I really need that thank you to everyone at weaverville facility!

This place is a good solid place for recovery both mental and physical not only do they help you get the urges and cravings in check bath the counselors help stabilize your mind so you don’t have something drastic happen in your life and the first thing you wanna do is run to what you no for an escape or the help you “ deal with “ what ever major event has happened in your life they really have a system that works and they make you work for it so you actually feel like you have earned your recovery thanks crossroads
