Very positive and friendly staff who treat you with respect. The staff are caring, they don't hold a stigma towards you, based on your reasons for treatment. (Many places belittle you or make you feel "beneath" them).

I Absolutely LOVE this place! I am very grateful someone recommended this place to me! Everyone goes way and beyond to help. And Mr Ed there will make your day! Courtney ( director) is amazing the way she handles her job and still find time to while doing her work to make sure patients there are comfortable!!

Crossroads treatment center has been the best thing that's happened to me since I moved to South Carolina. A lot of people frown up on treatment centers but like I tell them all I didn't have anything in my life until I started going to crossroads treatment center. The staff is absolutely wonderful especially that receptionist and the director of crossroads treatment center Seneca. Because I have to go there every day it makes it a joy just to see the staff

I transferred here from Naples FL a few months ago and have had a wonderful experience so far. I was really nervous changing my life so drastically but the whole team here has welcomed me and made my transition a joy. I love everyone here. If I ever need help or even just someone to talk to I know I can count on the whole team. I would highly recommend treatment for anyone scared to do it alone. My life has been getting better and better. Can't wait to see what the future holds for me and my family.

My son is a long-term addict with more relapses than I count. So I was almost ready to give up on the possibility of his recovery, and a normal life for him. However, the staff at Crossroads, especially Craig, the person in charge, have been great these first two weeks my son has been in the program. I am very pleased with them, and hopeful again. I strongly recommend this program to anyone.
