Crossroads is a good place to go for treatment! The director is Awesome! The counselors and nurses are extraordinary, however the insurance department/ book keeper's are useless! I literally spent most of COVID under extreme stress due to them! I even took Medicare to zoom court and of course lost because it was not their fault...it was Crossroads....BUT I AM THE ONE WHO HAD TO PAY ALL THE MONEY! There are still PROBLEMS! I get letters from my insurance telling me Crossroads doesn't get prior authorization from their Drs.... read more

Love the treatment and service's I receive from the time I walk in the door till I leave amazing treatment team everything gets explained well and the team is very knowledgeable in all information you ask about I highly recommend crossroads in northern Cambria

let me thank you for reading this if it is red , the last dr i seen 2 time there is pushing patients away if i wasn’t at a good place in my life and came so far. her actions on rude behavior static behavior and trying to manipulate behavior or negative response out of me that i for seen before responding as the old saying goes 2 wrong don’t make a right/ behaves like that will and does sent recovered addicted trying to change there life to give up befor they started your program and i should know cus i was in a situation... read more

my husband and I have been going to crossroads in asheville for years and we were going to transfer cause it had gotten so bad but since the new director started there a couple of years ago things have been so much better - she is the reason we stayed and we are glad we did cause things are great now. everyone really cares about us. we use to feel like we were just numbers but we havent felt like that in a couple of years now. HANDS DOWN crossroads in asheville is the best clinic around now.
