Crossroads is Amazing the staff is very professional and is willing to work with you and help with your medication and with and issues you may be having like triggers and cravings

Crossroads is a good place to go for treatment! The director is Awesome! The counselors and nurses are extraordinary, however the insurance department/ book keeper's are useless! I literally spent most of COVID under extreme stress due to them! I even took Medicare to zoom court and of course lost because it was not their fault...it was Crossroads....BUT I AM THE ONE WHO HAD TO PAY ALL THE MONEY! There are still PROBLEMS! I get letters from my insurance telling me Crossroads doesn't get prior authorization from their Drs.... read more
