Made everything very simple for us. Worked closely with the real estate agent, which is a huge bonus. That takes away a burden, because we didn’t have to worry about playing the middle man between the two. We even made a bid on a house on a Saturday an she had the figures to us within an hour on her day off. When my next group of engaged friends need to buy a house, you will be hearing from them.
