In 2019 we contacted Cyndi based on a referral from a real estate attorney. We then decided not to buy. She never gave up. We even received a lovely card at Christmas. Luckily she included a business card since I had not personally met her, nor had the opportunity at this point to do so. The pandemic changed our minds asap about buying and Cyndi, once again was there. When I say she was on top of helping us get approved, I don't mean maybe. A real gem! At first we were reluctant to deal with a smaller bank as opposed to our national bank. Cyndi did an excellent job during our mortgage process. She was prompt to answer questions we had and was always one step ahead to make sure the process went smoothly. We're happy we gave Cyndi the opportunity to service our mortgage needs.
