Cyndi was always available. Answered all my questions. When we came to a bump she was very kind and really helped smooth it out. Buying a home can be very stressful. Cyndi made my forever home purchase a team effort.

I’m a repeat customer and the experience was great each time. I used the app to send in all my information. The app allowed me to see where was in the process and all the information in one place. Cyndi walked me through the whole process and explained anything I had questions about. They completed my loan process in a reasonable amount of time. She continued to follow up with GA Dream (a 1st time homeowner program) almost daily when they were dragging their feet. She got me the lowest rate that I could get. Overall, I am happy with BankSouth and Cyndi.
