May not be her fault, but during the process we had multiple people working the loan. It did not appear that they were talking to each other, and we had to explain things multiple times.

Communication was received very late concerning documentation that was needed for closing. Seemed as though there was very little communication between Cindi Eber and Becky at the bank concerning what was needed. Day of closing had to make 4 trips to the credit union because of lack of communication and law group. Not a pleasant experience at all.
