Kaarin came to discuss a walk in tub project. My granddaughter who usually shies away from people who come to the house, was very comfortable with Kaarin. She actually sat next to her and listened to what she was saying. Kaarin stayed for 2 hours answering any and all of my questions. She walked me through every step of the proposed project. I wanted to remodel my bathroom tub. I went on HomeAdvisor. They sent me a few companies to check out & call. DeBella called me, made an appointment with Kaarin . I loved working with her on everything from start finish. Picking colors to the different styles of products. I found my dream shower with Kaarin help. Lauren Wesockes and Dominic Pinzone came into my house, they were kind and sweet through the whole process and were very thorough in explaining what was going on with my tub and told me they could fix it no problem. The coolest part was them showing me the Jacuzzi tub and how it works and why I specially need it and what the benefit was for me. I look forward to the day my Jacuzzi tub is installed.
