myka was very informative, good quality product, but the company pulled money out of my acount before the agreed date, did not communicate in any way to let me know that my rafters were bad. they just kept on building, myka nor any supervisor visited during the project to assure the Job was done properly or else this wouldn't have happened. wouldn't recommend Dabellas for roofing, save yourself the trouble and find someone else.
Had them take the gutters down so we could remove old facia THEY FAILED to install. Then found they covered rotten roof decking with new roofing. And they KNEW it was rotted. That random little board there was THEM.

Our appointment with Dabella was a pleasant experience. Alex was courteous, punctual and knowledgeable. Cost came in below our budget, and was flexible. We signed a 12,000.0 dollar contract in September for a remodel of our shower. The job as supposed to be completed in the first 10 days of October. Didn't happen, installer was injured so have to call in another one from another area. So now it is the end of October and after several phone calls with slow/no return calls we have the installers show up. Can not complete job because one part is missing and two parts are the wrong size. But shower is at least useable. Was told we will look for the proper parts and get them in... read more

Already posted this on their OR page, but we're in Vancouver and I would hate for our neighbors to have a similar bad experience. Roofing crew was great but the company is terrible with communication, the scheduling was a nightmare and follow up requests took forever to get a response. They also have employees that just plain lie (Chris Rodart).
