Representatives Lance Fagan and Hayden Deever came to our home and spent about 4 hours checking out the roof and going over the DaBella way of doing things. Jeff Wegel our sales rep. was nice and helped explain the materials and the process. He also came back at the end of the project to make sure things were done correctly. The installation contractor was nice and very respectful. he listed to my concerns and questions. I am certain happy with the results.

Garret spent a lot of time talking with us about our options and helped us choose windows and doors that worked for our needs and budget. The installation process was painless. The gentlemen installing the windows and doors were great and non intrusive. The best part, they got it done in 2 and a half days! I would definitely do business with DaBella in the future.

Everything was done as promised and thoroughly explained prior to the work being done. Lance Fagan was a delight to work with. The workmen were respectful of me and the property and cleaned up each day and at the end of the jobs went over the ground to make sure ther were no staples or nails, etc., laying around that could injure my dog. I am going to have the siding on the house replaced and am just waiting to hear on the start date.

Overall we were happy with the product but in the process of doing the siding they cracked one of our windows. It took almost 2 weeks for them to get back to us about it. They tried to say the window was cracked from the storm we recieved the day after completion. They said pictures had been taken upon completion but when completed it was almost dark and thats why we didnt notice the crack when we did the walk around.
