So far I’m impressed. Replacing the Windows has been a project we’ve been thinking about for awhile now. We just hadn’t looked into actually getting estimates for having them done. Mainly because getting fair estimates from contractors is rare, leaving us wasting our time just to be frustrated. With DeBella this hasn’t been a problem. The work was about 2 months behind the initial schedule. Once the crew started the work it took a bout a week longer than expected due to contractor workload and worker availability. The quality of work was good and we are happy with the end result.

The reroof work went rather rapidly. From dumpster arrival, supply delivery, shingle removal, skylight installation, slot attic vents, new flashing, to new shingles was about 3 days. The crew had an efficient procedure. The rain gutters took about 2 days. The crew fit these to have good drainage. The window installation spanned 5 business days for 14 windows. The bath rep was excellent in answering all my questions. He took the extra time to make sure we had everything in both bathrooms exactly the we wanted and needed them to be.
