We had dabella come out and give us a bid and sierra and Carey both came out and showed us what the dabella difference is all about. we loved the fact its a female owned and 2 girls came out to do the inspection. they were very though and showed us everything that was happening with our roof. they worked hard to get us the best price and after the install sierra came back out to make sure everything was install correctly and that we where happy with everything we did have a few issues with delivery of things and the start da... read more

Excellent! We've had someone from Dabella visit us in the past and really wanted to go with them, but our finances weren't in the right place to be able to. Luckily, they were able to come out again at a time that did work for us, with having a refinance in order this time. Justice and Zack were complete professionals and were very helpful in explaining the options to us. I'm very glad we were able to go with this company as I do believe their products are top of the line.

it went pretty good, felt like they were a little high on the price. they started high then came down felt a little pressured to make a decision with not a lot of back ground on roofing. they also didn't disclose that they had a $500 dollar of coupon. Could have been a little more transparent in that regard. When I spoke to the salesman he wanted to make sure I gave him a good review. he did a good job explaining the process - but seems a little desperate to get a gas card for himself instead of letting me know of the 500 do... read more

The sub contractors for the roof and gutters were excellent. The work was very well done and the materials used exceptional. The issue I have with them is communication. They failed to communicate that they would start the roof a month early and did not communicate the name of the sub contractors. When the roofing sub-contractor came to the house to do a final measurement prior to ordering materials, I didn't know who he was and told him I had already contracted to have my roof done. Detailed examination of the roof, especially inside attic. Wow! They sent out two pros, after a snow storm, to get things moving. Pointing out all of the upgrades needed and spent much time showing why their service, labor and products will enhance and improve the value of ones home. They may cost more because they do more-to insure your safety and time of the roof and the increased value. If I was ready and knew how my refi was progressing, I would have hired them on the spot. Our sales rep, Monty, was on time and professional. He was knowledgeable of the topic and was able to answer all of our questions easily. We were very happy with the visit, had the opportunity to compare multiple products with interesting demonstrations. We were very happy with our appointment and purchased a number of great life long windows. We look forward to coming back to have our roof done in a few years.

All phases from the sales person to the install went smoothly. Jennifer was very friendly. She worked very hard and spent a lot time making sure I understood what I was getting. They did the best job I've ever seen. Better than I expected. I am extremely satisfied. The crew did a wonderful job with the installation and cleaned up nicely. The Windows look beautiful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

We received a door to door cold call and scheduled an appointment for discussion of our need for replacing the siding on our house. As we have all original siding that needs replacement, though cost could have been the sinker, we knew that this was something that needed to be done to keep the integrity of our house where it needs to be.
