Sales team is great and helps put you at ease through the process. Customer service and resolution to issues is painstaking!! No communication between sales rep and construction crew. When inquiries or communication needed the sales guy would just state-"tell the crew". This review is written before any work has begun. We met with two representatives in our home. They were very professional and knowledgeable of the roofing system. We signed a contract and financial agreement and are looking forward to the installation of our new roof. Our representatives were Lance Fagen and Bryce Bower.
Although the replacement process of my roof has not been started yet I wanted to thank Asher King and Stephen Baxter, sales associates from DeBalla Exterior for taking the time to thoroughly inspect, measure, and explain to me the problems I currently have with the existing roof (complicated roof line with lots of valleys) along with the thorough replacement process, materials that DeBella Exterior use. Can't wait to see the finished product

As of 7/8/17, I have only recently hired this company, no work has started as of yet. This makes my review based on the initial meeting only. The initial meeting was/IS LONG. I can see the need for this as they are very thorough and want to make the most of the experience. Answering all and any questions seems to be paramount. The work is yet to be done. I met with RJ and Haz. RJ was knowledgeable and informative about the product. He explained everything with great detail and precision. He wasn't pushy or high pressure and I enjoyed our interaction. Haz was friendly and helpful. The siding that Dabella will provide for my home is a superior product and less expensive than the other options I've considered. Overall, working with RJ and Haz has been a very pleasant experience.
To begin this review - The company, DaBella, took immediate action in follow up response for our consultation request. Thank you for not keeping us waiting! We live out on the coast and it usually takes several weeks to months for a response with an actual consult. At this time we have worked with Bryce Bowers and Dukens Surkin. The two gentlemen came and went through the entire process of re-roofing our home.
