Beware before you hire them. Their product is good, but their customer service and business process is horrible. Had I checked out the Better Business Bureau reviews beforehand I likely would not have gone with them. Our experience: When the 1st salesman Will Greer came out I was really impressed with his pitch and the quality of the product. DaBella's name is on our contract. However, a family of well-meaning Hondurans, only one of which could speak some English, did the work. The roof looked ok, until I started to look closely at the workmanship. Our chimney is damaged, there are places (looking at the roof) in the upstairs you can see daylight, the skylight was poorly installed, twice, there are places where the metal trim on the porch roof is not nailed down (I have pictures, it fell off), the new sheathing should be inspected by DaBella for missed alignment ... read more

Left nails everywhere and performed horrible clean-up. Made tons of false promises never use again also 2 years later and still finding nails my best friend has her roof done by another company and they did a complete clean up with no nails left behind.

The customer service was horrible. Not real happy with the looks. The Valley flashing was not installed correctly have to have them come out and they cut it with tin snips didn't look good. Also in the front of my house when it rains the water skips right over the rain gutter onto my porch and then floods my garage with all the extra rain that should be going in the gutter.

The only bad thing is that the works that came to work on my house didn't speak any English and I had to find someone that could speak to them.

Don t go here unless you love extreme high pressure sales, with something less than clear, accurate and forthcoming information, high quality roofing (contracted out), but at extremely exorbitant prices and customer service which is intermittently great and non-existent. I got ripped off. I m screwed. Don t do what I did. Go with someone else.

Dabella made a hard sell with siding job. Was unable to speak with agent after the deal was sealed. Received materials 1+ months before agreed date with no advisory phone call. Same with work start. Did not receive the color of siding we had ordered but went with it anyway. The sub who did the actual siding work (Cabrera Construction) was excellent. Great work, great crew!

I feel I should have been given time to get some estimates, made it sound like they are the only ones with gaf but found there are others in area that use the gaf. Felt I could have gotten a better bid with someone else. The roof looks ok but due to cold they say it does not look fully flat and not curled. Workers did not talk much and worked, got it done in 2 days before the rain, left some of the stuff they moved out of place, not sure can find my lights posts they left in the ground when pulled out, already had lost one m... read more

I hired them to put a deposit, got financing and was waiting for start and 3 weeks later they just sent me my deposit back. No note of why they gave me run around when I called. Then they stopped taking calls. My financing was still active 2 months later and I had to inform the bank the job was never done. They never even told me they canceled the job or why. Very unprofessional. Also leaving my credit looking like I had just spent over 6000 on a project.
