We hired them October 16th, 2017. Today is January 7th, 2018 To date NO WORK has been done. I have asked for a refund of my deposit. The only time I have heard from them is after an email asking what is going on.

We had our roof replaced and part of the siding on our house replaced in late October/early November. Most importantly, our gutters were severely damaged as part of the roof job and my husband and I have called DaBella a dozen times over the last 4 weeks. We have been told the gutter crew would call us, and told the gutter crew would come out on the coming Saturday, but no one shows up and no one calls back. Pay close attention to what they install - it may not be what you ordered. My spouse and I had to hire an attorney to assist in sorting out the poor work quality and cheaper product being installed versus the higher quality one we had ordered.
Love, love, love the shower. When we ordered it the lead time to install was 10 weeks, but they were able to get it installed in about 8 weeks. While installing they put there sharp etc. tools on the counter and floor and walked on etc. I was afraid of scratching the floor or the counter. Also I called the installer the next day about a black mark on the acrylic that his helper was supposed to have cleaned off. I wanted to know what to use to clean it off . Slow start due to the weather, also weather delays.
They don't do like they say
DaBella is great to work with, however, their follow up service is lacking and their pricing was above industry standards.
I canât recommend REVE EXTERIORS LLC. There are several reasons why. One reason is Steve White the sales representative he said we needed to give them a good report on Home Advisor and he would give us a discount and we needed him to write a check and he wouldnât cash it until they completed the work. They cashed it right away. We had a week set aside for them to start the work and agreed upon it. Because we had to get things done before they could get started on our roof.
