Get other estimates first! High pressure sales tactic used (fell for it), a second estimate after signing with DaBella, was 30% less than my cost using the same product, warranty etc., a difference of $4,200. I also have tar stains on my siding from the roof removal that I will need to remove, plus I spent a couple hours cleaning up roof staples from my driveway and street so my neighbors and myself wouldn't get flat tires; these were supposed to be collected by the contractor with a magnet.
Essentially Reve sold me a roof. That is all they did. They hire out sub-contractors at a cheap price to actually do the job. It cost me 15,000 for a roof that should have only cost 8500.00. led us to believe that they had there own crews. Had numerous issues with project and never saw another representative from there company until it was time to get paid. I Will not recommend to anyone.
THEY WERE UNORGANIZED AND UNRESPONSIVE TO INQUIRES . It took a number of phone calls to finally just to get them to acknowledge that they had my job. After over four weeks the got around to measuring the roof after my demanding the do something.

I think the price was high and their meeting for an estimate was very long.

Salesman Monty was a great guy and took his time to talk with us. Salesman Steve is NOT welcomed at our home he is rude and very pushy trying to get us to sign up for work to be done on our home
What initially we thought was a great company has now turned into a nightmare. I was willing to overlook the fact that they left a mess behind when they were done but they incorrectly installed the roofing around our skylight wrong which led to a leak and interior damage. Their "fix" was to slop on some black tarry looking substance very sloppily and have refused to acknowledge that anything needs to be done about the interior damage the leak caused. The battle continues...

Had a terrible experience with this company. Promised top tier service had 4 to 5 skipped and cancelled appointments, unwanted changes to materials, charging for replacement materials ludicrously higher (charging tongue and groove instead of plywood price). Not pleased with them at all.

Make sure to get other bids first. Huge BS factor, high pressure sales. We were told other roofers were 7 months out and DaBella was a month out. The roofers were here in 2 weeks. Very good. We Were told the job would be monitored by DaBella, it wasn't. We paid top dollar and expected the company would provide quality. The two roofers did speak English pretty good and were hard working.
