Left nails everywhere and performed horrible clean-up. Made tons of false promises never use again also 2 years later and still finding nails my best friend has her roof done by another company and they did a complete clean up with no nails left behind.

The customer service was horrible. Not real happy with the looks. The Valley flashing was not installed correctly have to have them come out and they cut it with tin snips didn't look good. Also in the front of my house when it rains the water skips right over the rain gutter onto my porch and then floods my garage with all the extra rain that should be going in the gutter.

They were roofing in the rain, roof leaked and Dabella has not agreed to fix damage.

The only bad thing is that the works that came to work on my house didn't speak any English and I had to find someone that could speak to them.

I feel I should have been given time to get some estimates, made it sound like they are the only ones with gaf but found there are others in area that use the gaf. Felt I could have gotten a better bid with someone else. The roof looks ok but due to cold they say it does not look fully flat and not curled. They broke my front porch light did not report it to me. They did at least clean up the mess but still I'm the one that has to have a new light installed.

I hired them because the price was in line and the estimator seemed honest. The week they were scheduled to start work they called and said that they had decided not to do the job after signing a contract and having our deposit for two weeks. We have yet to get our deposit back. Next step is the lawyers.

Sales person was great - sold me on the product and explained why it would cost more. SOLD - NOW fast forward 2 years later- EXTENSIVE dry rot resulting from install work. DaBella referred me to the warranty department of the contractors (which didn't make sense as it was not an issue with the way the windows were made) it was the way they were IMPROPERLY INSTALLED no sealant, so protection against water - the windows were just placed. Do not ever go with this company. They just lie to you and you don't get what they sell you.
