Very attentive
I really liked that Dr Carpenter had pulled up my medical records to have a comprehensive understanding and be able to better help me. He was so thorough. He seemed interested and determined to help me. He listened to all of my questions let out a plan of action with my input.
I like how Dr. Carpenter listen to my questions. I like the plan of action he has for a treatment and recovery. I felt very comfortable and confident with him as my doctor.
I love the cleanliness of the clinic. The professionalism of the staff I like that everything was on schedule. Dr. Carpenter number is extremely helpful.

Great experience, very attentive, injection was very successful. Dr. Carpenter involved me in the discussion and made sure I was comfortable with the procedure and steps going forward. He was very aware of my other treatments and made sure our plan for my shoulder was integrated with my overall treatment plans.
Dr. Carpenter was very knowledgeable. He didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear… he told me the truth and what was best for me. He helped me weigh out my options and allowed me to decide in the end. I drove 40 minutes to see him and I’m so glad I did. I had some concerns and he addressed them with confidence and in turn that my anxiety and allowed me to make the best decisions for myself. Thank Dr. Carpenter. See you in 6 weeks!!
Dr Carpenter was thorough, efficient, and kind. He did a great job of helping me understand what was causing my pain and what my options were. I would highly recommend him!
I called to find out if I could come in sooner than my scheduled appointment and fortunately there was a cancellation. Not only did I get in the same morning I called but my entire time there was less than an hour. I was expecting to wait awhile. everything ran smoothly. I was checked in, seen by an assistant, x-rayed and spoke with Dr. Carpenter without feeling rushed. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional.
