I had a truly refreshing experience at EmergeOrtho. Dr. Carpenter was both informative and caring as he explained the results of my MRI. He recognized the immediate need for surgery and outlined what to expect during the lengthy recovery process. Dr. Carpenter is fantastic. I broke my thumb and had to have surgery. He explained everything thoroughly and set realistic expectations and goals for me after my surgery and during my recovery. Dr. Carpenter is definitely a people person and from the way he treats his patients you can tell he really enjoys what he does. I would recommend him to any and everyone. EmergeOrtho is very fortunate to have him on their team!
Dr Carpenter is friendly and not rushed to see the next patient. He explained in layman’s terms what was wrong with my shoulder. Offered treatments to help with healing.

Impressed from the first office visit with his straight forward approach to my orthopedic issues and how to address them. Impressed that he personally called to speak with me the night before my scheduled surgery. He was spot on with everything he has told me about my issues and my surgery. I had trigger finger surgery on yesterday. Dr. Carpenter and his staff were very professional and very compassionate. My whole experience was excellent. Highly recommend.
It took Dr. Carpenter about 15 seconds to duplicate the pain impulses I was experiencing. Suggested a nerve study first.
