The doctor was very personable and listened to me. I recommend him to anyone looking for a shoulder professional.
I had carefully researched shoulder specialists and Dr Carpenter filled the bill. He is pleasant and communicates well, understands my concerns, while still keeping a schedule (in other words you won't wait long to see him). He did major shoulder repair on a friend's husband and they were totally satisfied with their experience; I am still hoping to avoid surgery, and Dr. Carpenter is not going to push it unless absolutely necessary.
Very personable. Listens to patient feedback. Takes the time to do thorough exam. Not just in and out like some doctors. Excellent doctor to see for hand issues.
Dr Carpenter was great. He was so nice and also treated my mother with kindness and respect and attended to a problem she didn’t come in for. Taylor in Xray was kind and helpful too!

Dr Carpenter is kind, compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable. He is currently taking care of my rotator cuff and did my repair a few weeks ago. I am very pleased with the entire process, right down to handling my FMLA paperwork for work. I highly recommend him and Emergeortho!
I had a very good appointment with Dr. Carpenter. He is very thorough and wants to get to the root of the problem. My appointment was today 4-7 and he has ordered an MRI for tomorrow. Everyone was courteous and pleasant.
I have been seeing Dr. Carpenter for over a year for an issue with my hands and elbows. He has been informative about the conditions, trying different therapies before we discussed surgery. When the pain ticked up, he suggested and I agreed on surgery. It is a week since surgury and I am pain free, and expect to be back to 100% within a month. He has shown himself to be a caring, knowlegable physian and an excellent surgeon.BB
Dr Carpenter takes his time with his patients and explains step by step to you, I would highly recommend him, he is a EXCELLENT Dr. Him and his staff are WONDERFUL.
