Dr. Carpenter and everyone at EmergeOrtho were great from diagnosis, to surgery, to PT, to release back to work. Dr. Carpenter takes the time to listen and actually address any concerns. Would highly recommend his care, and will use as my doctor again should the need arise. Had my right shoulder done a few years ago. Went back to him to schedule my next one.
He is kind and listens and comes up with a plan of actions that help me out with pain. The nurses and staff reflect how well the doctor treats his patients.
He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things in detail. Very kind and down to earth. Has a great bedside manner. i would definitely recommend him to anyone.
My first visit with Dr Carpenter, he suggested a cortisone shot in my shoulder because my condition wasn’t bad enough to operate yet. Dr. Carpenter is a skilled doctor, his bedside manner is outstanding, he's attentative, and explains the procedure so anyone can understand. I really like him, he's the best doctor I've ever dealt with.
recent rotator cuff repair and bone spurs removed. Dr Carpenter showed me pictures of the procedure. he is very thorough explaining what he did. He also demonstrated exercizes I could do to help ease the PT . when I start. I have now begun PT. Dr Carpenter will get a recommendation from me for everyone needing shoulder surgery. 5 *
Excellent Shoulder Doctor/Surgeon for Teen!!!
Had recent shoulder surgery for torn rotator cuff. Dr Carpenter explained the procedure and the time that it would take to recover adequately. He also had a very detailed plan for recovery including a plan for physical therapy. I still in Physical therapy, but Dr Carpenter is still monitoring my progress. Best surgical experience I have had.
Dr. Carpenter is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. I was able to get an appointment promptly. He is not in a hurry and listened carefully to my symptoms and did a thorough exam. He explained the surgical procedure very well and provided written instructions and explanations about the surgery. I have had a great surgical result and appreciate his excellent skill and knowledge. I highly recommend Dr. Carpenter!
