There were a few little things that could have been done better; my middle name was mispelled on the final papers I had to sign with the notary and then had to RESIGN because of the misspellings, which caused some problems; as having to scramble to get the paper work in on time was clearly stressful. I was contacted every other day to check in by Sara or Daren. They were always polite and very professional. I know my loan was a pleasant one to deal with but Daren hung in there and got me where I needed to be. There was never any negativity; just always a promise they were doing their best and always apologizing for the delay. Couldn’t ask for anything more 😊

It’s difficult to find the words for Daren. From the first call and throughout the process he was professional, kind, funny and most of all providing me with dignity after allowing my finances to get out of control.
