I didnt have to fidn a parking place every time something needed done, Although I dont have the latest office machines at my house they always found a way to make things work. Most of the tme they reached out to me during normal office hours.

There were a few little things that could have been done better; my middle name was mispelled on the final papers I had to sign with the notary and then had to RESIGN because of the misspellings, which caused some problems; as having to scramble to get the paper work in on time was clearly stressful. My interest rate could have been better but it is what it is. I was contacted every other day to check in by Sara or Daren. They were always polite and very professional. I know my loan was a pleasant one to deal with but Daren hung in there and got me where I needed to be. There was never any negativity; just always a promise they were doing their best and always apologizing for the delay. Couldn’t ask for anything more 😊
