TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Oh man, this place has the best chicken in the area by far. The taste is amazing. The chicken is not dry, it’s juicy and full of flavor. Customer service was on point. Moderately priced. *I noticed that when the place is full, the noise level is loud. It’s difficult to have a conversation. I prefer to eat outdoors in the patio area. Good for the whole family. I strongly recommend.
Great hot chicken sandwiches and shakes. Simple menu, great portions, and fresh tasting food. Pick the heat you like and enjoy a tasty sandwich or chicken fingers.
No too bad for a fast food chicken deep fried stuff. The flavor of the chicken tenders were yummy enough, the fries 🍟 were great and flavorful. The service could be faster. Folks there were warm and friendly. More importantly, the price was reasonable. I just wish they offer a combo that includes fries and drinks. Parking is plenty right across in a huge plaza parking lot 🅿️. Definitely coming back here when I’m in mood for it.
The food and service here is always top notch. All of the employees are great, friendly for a quick chat, and fast. The order is always spot on when I get home. From online order to pick up is a quick 15 minutes, & on a Saturday night that's pretty impressive. The only knock is that dining in looks miserable. The seats are packed and it's loud as hell, but it wasn't designed for the atmosphere. We ate it too fast for pictures; next time...
I found myself shaking my head wondering how a chicken sandwich could taste so good. I love spicy chicken sandwiches, and I don’t say this lightly: probably the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten. I ordered hot spice level and it was flavorful and perfect. Pickles and sauce were awesome and fries were good too. Maybe it was only so perfect because they just opened, but I’ll be a regular until that changes. Do yourself a favor and try this out!!
