TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

My and my husband came here to eat before heading to Tyson’s Square because we were hangry. If you are hungry you have come to the right place, their “tenders” are massive! More like breasts if you will lol. Their breading is also their seasoning and is magical, so flavorful. They season their fries to perfection and their Dave’s sauce is a must have. So good, very fast, very hot. Pretty awesome value, and the Mac and cheese was great. Looking forward to visiting again, the seasoning on the chicken was so very delicious. Honey and hot sauce packets are a great touch. If you want a spicy chicken sandwich and fries go here. Keep doing whatever you’re doing Dave’s hot chicken.
Delicious! My first time trying it, great service! My food was fresh and hot. I ordered online to-go, my food was perfectly made. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. We had the sliders, the kale slaw is phenomenal and tenders were huge!
Overall this place is amazing, the food the customer service. I love it and any other Dave’s hot chicken I’ve gone to they’re all the same and so good love it!! I got the number four with spice level of mild and it wasn’t spicy at all to me, don’t get me wrong it was still bomb af but I would’ve loved it more if I had gotten a higher spice level. It was still amazing!!! Yup and I ate it all
Stopped in for a quick bite while running errands. This chicken is NO JOKE! So delicious and hot, with a unique blend of spices. I got extra hot and it lit me up. We will be back!
