The service at Dave's Hot Chicken was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The young lady at the register was especially kind and did an amazing job managing the line on her own when foot traffic picked up. All while maintaining professionalism and a great attitude. My son really enjoyed his food. I tried the saucy bites, which were flavorful with a nice kick, I'd say medium heat. The fries were well-seasoned and delicious, even without ketchup. I occasionally come to this Dave's for lunch because my office is nearby. It's one of my favorites, I think the flavor is very good and they have nice options. The ambiance is chill but the workers make the real difference. They are so kind and great people, Tiffani is very kind and helpful. Please keep in mind that their chicken is actually hot. I recommend this spot for anyone looking for a chicken tender and/or slider!

My friend urged us to try what he claims is the best chicken sandwich out there, so we took the 20 minute drive and it did NOT disappoint. Dave's Hot Chicken is amazingly tender and heavenly seasoned, and despite the name you can choose your heat level. I'm decently okay with spice and got a Dave's number 2 sandwich at the medium heat level, which isn't that spicy. After taking my first bite, I agreed with my friend. I tried Dave's for the first time today - had the tender and slider combo, both extra hot. They were both very good - hot and fresh, crispy, and a nice level of heat (for extra hot). The French fries were also seasoned well and nice and crispy.
What I really love about this place is that they have a vegetarian option (the cauliflower) and it's spiiiicy! Their fries are also good. This is definitely a fast food place (but more expensive than a fast food), still, I love it. Note to the franchisees though, add more veggie options like a beyond chicken tenders or something and you'll see even further market growth. I'll be coming back though! Also, great service from Taiki.
Great customer service. Everyone was nice and helpful. The chicken sliders were amazing. I got the medium spice level. The orange hi c slush with strawberry popping bubbles was so refreshing and delicious. They had indoor and outdoor tables.
It was our 1st time going and it was great customer service 11/10 taste 9/10 especially jackie for customer service
I like it because food was fresh and warm. Customers series's okay too little dining area.
