Not sure what all the hype is about. Used to be the old Carl's Jr. when you walk through the front door, the threshold is disgustingly stained black. You didn't want to power wash that before your grand opening? Makes you think what else isn't clean in there. Food is just another lame chicken sando. I'll be going to Popeyes for that. Not impressed.

waited 40 minutes in the drive thru to place an order. finally after ordering we waited for another 20 minutes and then finally gave up. we drove over to chick fil a and got our food right away. if you want to go through their drive thru I advise that you go to the restroom first and bring a tent and a sleeping bag.

Waited 45 minutes in the drive through for the food, only to be dissatisfied with how the chicken was pretty bland, with the only flavor sticking out being pepper.

Total let down, got the reaper tenders and mild tenders, although the service from the people that greeting me was very positive, the chicken was dry and the Mac and cheese was too watery , the reaper was very over hyped (very spicy still) but not to the level social media portrays it to be. The honey that we were given made the food more enjoyable but there's nothing good about getting a soggy slice of bread with ur meal. Let's hit the positives first...kale slaw was cool & crisp, fries were good with great spices & the whole staff was really friendly And now the negatives (for me at least)... the tenders were very "spiced" with overpowering smoked paprika & brown sugar (almost a faint sweet bbq-ey taste) & the fries were warmer than the tender. My husband & I had the hot & kiddos had the mild. I don't think we'll give it another shot...it was also well over $100 for 2 adults & 2 kids.

IDKY it takes sooooo long in the drive thru line. Waited nearly AN HOUR in the drive through line with only about 10 cars in front of us. There was a girl that came and took our order also took our payment so we were basically committed at that point. No food is worth the wait this long. No apology for the wait either at the window.

The chicken ok, but the prices are really outrageous. It's $20 for two tenders, fries and drink. Can't justify that.

Slowest drive through operation in the history of "fast food". 40 minutes in the drive through line and definitely not worth that wait. There is no soda with the meal deals too, you have to order separately. If your chicken is so "hot" (spoiler alert, it's salty, not hot) why no soda with the meal deals? I finally got my meal and had zero napkins in the bag. ZERO NAPKINS with a messy product. Bad service. My advice: go to Popeyes and put hot sauce on it. Done.

it's bland as hell and the sliders are literally chicken nuggets with more breading then chicken, blehhhh
