The food was actually good! Service not so much. The lady taking our order was very rude. She was rushing us and kept repeating, "is that all, is that all?" She got my order wrong. I ordered my daughter a fountain drink and when she realized there was no root beer she didn't want it. We asked to switch to a slushie which was just $1 more. She wanted to charge me $4 more. I gave this another try because I was curious about the cauliflower options. I really cannot understand the craze over this chain. It just does not hit the mark. The seasoning again had an unpleasant almost burnt flavor to it, and there was no distinction between the heat levels that I could tell. I tried both a medium and a hot and didn't feel like the hot served up the heat that it probably should have. The wait was horrendous and people were leaving in front of us. It took 30 minutes to get our food from the drive thru wait. By the time we got our food it was decent but not worth the wait or hype. If times improved at the drive thru maybe would recommend but not all it's made out to be. Could use improvement

My family went to the Georgetown TX location. We'd never been to a Dave's so we gave it a try. We won't go back. I'll start by saying the chicken is pretty good. The serving size is pretty good as well. The first issue is the pricing....two parents and two kids, no sodas....$72. "We don't have small ranch"...guess I have to get a large ranch another $4. Drove 30 minutes to davems got chicken we ordered mild and medium tenders and sliders but all you can tasted with the hot season but the fries were good but not worth the price or the drive will not be going again unless somebody else is paying for it .

I can't believe how expensive this fast food chicken place is. Food is not great and even if it was the cost is unreal. Sticking with Chick-Fil-A which is next door plus they are friendlier. I can't imagine this place will be in business very long.

Very disappointing, I had got in the drive through at about 2:30 after the lunch rush and before the dinner rush yet I waited roughly 40 minutes! There wasn't a crazy line in the drive through nor was it packed on the inside of the restaurant. My initial thought was ok maybe they're frying up the chicken as fast as they could and it's not their fault, WELL every item I received was cold except for the Mac N cheese. This was my first time here and I wish I would have READ these reviews before going. Let me save you time and gas, it was an hour wait in the drive thru. Only reason why I sat in this line (stupid me) was because it was my first time here, so I was heart-set on it. Boy oh boy was that not worth it. $18 for Meal #2 (two sliders and fries) -- no drink.
