Poorly designed entry way right in front of POS system. Line was pushing out of the door due to limited space and eventually wrapped around the inside amongst diners trying to eat. Fountain machine was not working and they were selling 3 dollar bottles of water instead. Not sure if they are still in the "soft opening" stage but operations were slow given the number of customers waiting. Spent $22.17. The sliders were ok. Popeyes is better. I ordered hot. We had a wonderful time at the soft opening today, staff was so welcoming & as friendly as can be. GM Jenifer was so sweet and gave our kids some chicken toys. Loved the murals inside and there was plenty of seating, the restaurant had a fun & lively vibe. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, and packed with so much flavor. Not good lol. We were excited to try Dave's hot chicken but flavor was lacking and too spicy/flat. Mozzarella sticks had no cheese pull - we prefer the Chili's on. Service was good

The food was actually good! Service not so much. The lady taking our order was very rude. She was rushing us and kept repeating, "is that all, is that all?" She got my order wrong. I ordered my daughter a fountain drink and when she realized there was no root beer she didn't want it. We asked to switch to a slushie which was just $1 more. She wanted to charge me $4 more. I gave this another try because I was curious about the cauliflower options. I really cannot understand the craze over this chain. It just does not hit the mark. The seasoning again had an unpleasant almost burnt flavor to it, and there was no distinction between the heat levels that I could tell. I tried both a medium and a hot and didn't feel like the hot served up the heat that it probably should have. The wait was horrendous and people were leaving in front of us. It took 30 minutes to get our food from the drive thru wait. By the time we got our food it was decent but not worth the wait or hype. If times improved at the drive thru maybe would recommend but not all it's made out to be. Could use improvement
