First, let me say, I haven't eaten here. However, based on the reviews, I won't. I use Yelp to help me get honest feedback to increase my odds of a good experience. There's a consistency around the food not meeting expectations and it being over priced. What stood out to me in the reviews is the response is clearly automated. Doing some Christmas shopping and was hungry. Went to the drive through and there were only a couple cars ahead of me. The line moved quickly, gave my order (#4, hot with a coke) order was ready really fast and I was in and out in a flash. I ate in the car while waiting for my family to finish shopping. Well, well, lookee here! Just when you thought we didn't need another chicken place, up pops Dave's Hot Chicken! One of the easiest ways to rate a fast food outlet is the fries! Dave's fries are an absolute treat! As for the 'hot' we learned that they offer several levels of spice, including none! The chicken was plenty hot from the fryer and the slider had a nice combo of chicken, pickle, Cole slaw and Dave's sauce! This chicken place is a close second to Chic fila, if only for the lack of menu offerings! WELL DONE, DAVE!

You really have options when it comes to chicken in this area. I'd say the chicken is good however the processes they have here and wait times make no sense. Went to drive through and waited 35 minutes to get 2 tenders.. What's even more weird is the person taking my order had to run inside with my card to process payment. Very unorthodox since it's drive through and nerve wrecking to hand over my card and watch it go away.. They have a tablet to take the order I'm sure they can find a way to process payment with it. You do get alot of food for your money. I would have preferred seasoning cooked in vs sprinkled on. Well cooked. Nice crisp. Fries were good. Mac was cheesy.

This place is Good....really good...Service was fantastic, place is really cool looking with a great paint scheme throughout. Everything about the food was just about perfect....Problem is the Price....A meal should include a drink...it doesn't....Online prices were way lower then what we paid...Huge problem that need to be addressed right away...Everything from the meals, drinks, extra sides were not priced right....cost us an extra $8-10 dollars....and Im so Sorry....Im not tipping at a fast food joint....this is Total sel... read more
