The food was good. The place was very dirty. We sat outside and the sidewalk was grease from their restaurant. They need to power wash the sidewalk and seating area outside. Clean the floor and the bathrooms. You should charge your name to dirty Dave's chicken . Clean the place

The African lady, respectfully, was rude and trying to rush us. While rushing us she forgot our mac and cheese. I'm a Dave's hot chicken fan but the new people working are rude. Send help and guidance please!

Disappointed in this location. I added cheese to my fries and paid additional for it. They barely added cheese. When I showed the staff they said this is standard and what they are trained on. This place is a rip off, overpriced with a very long wait time. I took my order to go. They didn't place any napkins. I know they are profitable; nothing is less than $13 per meal. They can give away a few napkins. I won't be back since it's obvious that they are stingy. This is not how you run a business.

Please fix your website. You can't order/pay for food on it. Could barely select heat level on a tender. It's 2025-get with the times.

Pretty good chicken. Uses dry rub tho which I don't like, lots of seasoning on fries which I also don't like

Management Should be ashamed, Saturday afternoon and only one girl up at the register. store packed to the brim with customers waiting an hour plus for food. Spent my entire lunch break here. Ridiculous.
