TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Needed a quick place to grab lunch before rehearsal. I was pleasantly surprised! The energy was on point! The walls were beautifully painted, the music was a vibe, and the staff was friendly. Food wise--extremely tasty. Chicken was beautifully seasoned, and there's lots of spice options to choose from. I was blown away by the crinkle cut fries! Perfect amount of crunch. My husband and son had planned ahead that they would like to have DHC over the weekend. It's just something the 2 of them do together; they pick a place and have a father son hang out time.
