Driver texted to say they had a flat tire, then didn’t respond texts or calls, then marked the order as delivered. Scum of the earth.
Customer service was lacking my order was not even in the system bu the time I got their. I drove 30mins expecting my food to be ready and it hadn't been started very very disappointed

Great restaurant, but order was wrong
The quality of Dave's Hot Chicken has really fallen over the past several months, and with prices continuing to rise...I just don't see myself eating here anymore. Chicken skin was soggy by the time it got here, and it was only a 15min delivery - I received my order on time. Either that's a packaging issue or a good quality issue. Either way, likely won't be ordering from Dave's again.
I don't know what is it about grub hub and this place but everytime I order food from here they never get my order right. Last time.
Got the wrong order, all the items were incorrect, and was missing food! Was completely inconvenient for my guest who has to share their food because we were missing items!
