As I went outside my house to get my food I noticed the driver was outside my house outside of his car staring at his phone. I took my food and said thank you, and he then shouted out very loudly "Thanks for the 1 dollar Tip guy" I then realized he was not getting in his car to check how much of a tip I had left him and decided to shout out a sarcastic rude remark to the customer at 11pm at night. He then continued to stare at me for few seconds so I went inside not wanting to start a confrontation.
I was missing items (sauce)
When they're on time and include everything in the order, they're great. But sometimes the order is very late, several delivery drivers cancel the pick up, and they don't include everything we asked for. We still go back because the food is good.
We scheduled this order early in the day to be ready at 7 pm for our dinner party and we waited 1 hour for the food standing outside which completely defeated the purpose of the pre order and bc of the wait all of our guests were waiting outside of our house bc we weren't home to let them in. i will never trust this establishment or the preorder in the future bc my dinner party was ruined!!!!!
They get busy and frustrated at customers. I asked for sauce, and the guy rudely says its all in the bag, and to get home and find no sauce to my 2 slider combo.
Had to put the chicken in the oven because it was cold by the time we got it. You shouldn’t allow or require your Grubhub delivery people to deliver to more than two places at one time. Our guy was all over LA before he was able to get to us.
Very disappointed!! I received de wrong order
Restaurant was fine, grubhub delivery was very subpar
The food was delayed by an hour. Thought that was a little excessive.
