TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The pick up system is absolutely unsafe, dangerous in COVID world and I've seen many comments about this and they've done nothing to fix it. Get a mic and speaker and call out numbers! Social distancing was not being adhered to
Restaurant is delicious. Grub hub is slow and constantly changes the driver making our food very late.
Terrible pickup process with a loooong wait for everyone. I ordered at 5PM, the estimate was 5:25-5:35; my food came out at 6:05 PM. Food was fine. Sauce was excessively sweet, chicken was on the verge of dry, fries with cheese sauce were average.
Order took 1 hour longer than estimated. An item was missing and the driver delivered our food in a different bag , not sealed with no reciept.
Food was cold and more than 2hrs late.
I’m officially done with Dave’s. Last time they forgot to include our fries with our order. This time we ordered 2 meals and one of the meals was missing. The meal we did get was missing pickles. Now I’ve seen a bunch of reviews about missing items. This place needs to get its act together. The food is good, but not worth the hassle. Sure Grubhub refunds the missing items, but that doesn’t effect all of the fees or the tip. As a result, I paid $28 for a $12.50 meal. That’s just FANTASTIC. Stay away.
The chicken and sauce was good, however that’s all I pretty much received. I ordered macaroni and cheese but didn’t get that nor was there slaw included, just pickles. Really confused of why I got charged $24 dollars for 2 strips of chicken and 2 slices of bread.
Food was great, but Uber driver was not!!!!
Ordered 3 meals and side of cheese fries. The whole order was for 4 people, with the cheese fries being the meal for the 4th. They completely forgot the cheese fries. After noting the mistake, I was reimbursed, but only for the price of the fries, not including tax or delivery fee. So when I reordered the fries, I had to pay twice the original cost for them, and it took almost an hour for the second order to arrive.
