TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

My fries were cold and hard. The chicken was great. The Mac snd cheese was good but cold.
Order was supposed to be ready by 2:05pm at the latest. I show up and wait. 2:12pm and I inquire and she says it’s not up yet. Ok they’re busy so I wait. She helps other people, a lot of them, so 25 min. later I ask again. She goes to check and then tells me the order already went out a long time ago. I show her my Grubhub app order screen and tell her that’s not possible because I’ve been standing there. I placed an order at 4:30ish to be picked up at 7:30. I arrived at 7:25 and stood on the sidewalk in this mass of people until 8:27 (1 HOUR) when I was finally given my 2 slider meal. I asked for updates multiple times to see what was going on and was given no information about how much longer it would be or what was even going on. I can’t remember the last time I had a more unpleasant experience and it will absolutely keep me from ordering again.
Super disappointed. Food was delivered 35 min late. Went thru 3 drivers before I received. Fries were cold and droopy, chicken was lukewarm. Don’t know if the restaurant had an issue or the the first two drivers who bailed. Last driver was great .
Our order was incorrect they delivered someone else’s. They left the food at our gate and not even at the doorstep. Never called to let us know that they arrived. Vary poor service. Unprofessional and not satisfied!!!!!!
Came late, cold and didn't get taste good.
The fries were not cooked, they tasted old and left out from the day and the chicken was not the correct spice level.
Great delivery. But they forgot the slaw.
I asked for no kole slaw and they have me kole slaw instead of fries!
