Holy god! Y'all burned me out.. I've eaten Dave's hot chicken for years and this is the second time in my life I've been BURNT! This place is great I've ate here several times idk who I pissed off in my online order but my normal order was hotter than sun itself. .... Basically spent the night PRAYING to god to have mercy on me. While I love Dave's this place gets a 2.5 idk what to think it hurt and I didn't ask for reaper swear on my life

What happened to the spice Dave? Not sure if it is this location or what but I repeatedly came here and ordered MEDIUM spice. Nothing not even a mild zing. I double checked my receipt and the cashier always got it right. Maybe it is the cooks. No longer visiting this location its driving me away from Daves for HOT chicken.

I ordered a meal from Dave's hot chicken and when I got my meal I bit into the chicken and my front tooth broke off. I was one hundred percent embarrassed. The reason it happened is because my chicken was way over cooked or had been sitting too long when I received it. I let the employees know what happened and they told me they couldn't help what happened and I should go to a dentist They were busy but not too busy to help a customer like me who spends so much money with them. First time trying today and I was not a fan. Portion size, price, service, all were good. The chicken and fries however just tasted oily, like straight up old possibly burnt, degraded fryer oil and lots of seasoning. I know it sounds bad but it's understandable seeing the amount of chicken they push out. I'm sure they filter and swap oil but my batch just wasn't good and I don't think I'll crave this again. For anyone wanting to try this place I say maybe go around opening time for lunch with hopes they've used fresh oil.

Food may be good but the wait time is ridiculous. Waited almost 50 minutes for our food that only consisted of 4 sandwiches.

Food quality has dropped dramatically. I haven't been to this Dave's location in a bit and the difference is very big from before. Tender sizes have decreased a lot. Fries have little to no seasoning. Mac n Cheese was very cold. I came here expecting a very good meal since that's all I've ever had at any Dave's Hot Chicken location but thats not what I received. I love Dave's Hot Chicken, but this experience was very bad and I will likely not be coming back.

Worst experience ever. Will not be back. Avoid!! Walked in with no one in the place, still had to wait almost 30 minutes for our order of 2 small sandwiches.

Food was good, service was awful. Waited over 30 minutes for two sliders and in terms of customers it was relatively slow for a fast food place. Only a couple people in front of me. Insane how long it took for a place that only makes one thing. Wouldn't recommend unless you've got a lot of time to waste. Would've been one star, but the food was good.

I love the look the logo the napkins and the idea behind this place but Sadly there is nothing special about the food and honestly there are better places to get some good chicken. The sliders just have a strip so don't think you're going to get a chicken sandwich here. Won't be revisiting this place because it does nothing for me but that doesn't mean someone else might love it.
