Horrible customer service. It's a place where YOU place your own order at the counter, YOU pick up your food, and YOU get your own drink. The girl working the counter had the audacity to say "thanks for the tip" when my husband paid for our meals and did not tip because it's not a service restaurant, which we always tip 20% at. I'm sorry, but tipping is NOT required, and to feel entitled to a tip is even worse. My honest review the food is great the chickens is so yummy and as a Muslim I love how it is Halal the only down side is the WAITING TIME it take them 40-50 mins just for one number 1 it's crazy same with DoorDash like 1 hour waiting time.
