It took OVER 30 minutes to get my food and there was people that ordered before me STILL waiting on their food. People just come here to wait. Unreal for having literally only 4 things on the menu and all of them containing one main ingredient and The the guys walking around with frozen fries. Went to ask about my order after 35 minutes and they hadn't even started making my order just for reference my order number was 218 and it took over 45 minutes for 216 to come out.

Horrible customer service. It's a place where YOU place your own order at the counter, YOU pick up your food, and YOU get your own drink. The girl working the counter had the audacity to say "thanks for the tip" when my husband paid for our meals and did not tip because it's not a service restaurant, which we always tip 20% at. I'm sorry, but tipping is NOT required, and to feel entitled to a tip is even worse.
