It started out great and now I feel they cut back on so much. Before they would fill to go box with fries with at least 2-3 cheese dips and plenty of pickles and ketchup, and now they're cheaping out with very few fries and no ketchup and half a cup of cheese dip. Food is still decent, but just not worth it now. Won't be coming back and won't recommend anymore.

If you've had real Nashville hot chicken, this is very meh. And.... For the sticker shock and pricing once I paid ($67 for 4) my expectations were high! First, the food is just ok, they do a dry spice on their chicken and it's ok but the French fries are better than the chicken...red flag! Food is fine. Service is fine. But, IMO, the prices are ridiculous. $14 for 2 chicken strips, some french fries, and a coke. Good grief! I can get this for half the price at many other places. So, Dave made good money off of me this time but I won't do this again. I guess this place doesn't care very much about repeat customers. I support businesses being able to charge whatever they want for their products/services but this will definitely make me select some other restaurant in the future. The food was not good at all. We were served dry chicken with a lot of spice powder thrown on top of it on some white bland bread. There are better hot chicken places. $20 wasted.

"I'm giving this place two stars because the food was too spicy for me to eat!!" -other reviews Bruh, you went to a place that specializes in SPICY CHICKEN. This one was on my bucket list from long time and it's not that worth as it was hyped by people. I felt like a normal chicken sandwich the other brands are much better I would say. I tried extra hot single slider and reaper single slider and their fries were amazingly good and spicy. I ordered from UBER EATS and they missed the order and not packed it properly.

daves hot chicken on preston rd in dallas tx is horrible food, the chicken strips are nasty and tyson chicken strips at walmart taste better. the flavor is bland and greasy! the owner , a white guy was rude to me on sunday aug 1, 2021 and refused to refund my money back to me after i returned the food because the mild was still too for me to eat. i have stomach issues. he told me rudely that he is the owner and tried to force me into getting something else. i told him i do not want anything from his establishment. his food ... read more
