Mediocre service, waited 10minutes longer than needed, for some tourist trap . Was just an okay sandwich, nothing special at all, got cold from terrible front cashier refusing to call out orders. Maybe try another daves, because this one ruined the experience.

Dave's NOT Chicken is a life changer for those that don't eat chicken. I am infinitely grateful it was brought back after being offered for the first 1/2 of 2024. This location specifically does a decent job handling orders (both dine-in and online). The cauliflower takes a bit longer, so expect to wait if you order it. Prices have increased by about $3.00 - $4.00 for the #2 we normally get and all items generally. They have lost us as a customer accordingly. We were all set to order yesterday, but when I went to the website and saw the increased prices we decided that was a line we would not cross. Chicken wasn't flavorful. The amount of food vs the price we paid was not comparable! 1 extra strip literally cost over $5 and I will say it is not worth it!

I've been a regular customer at this location, but I've noticed some patterns that concern me. On multiple occasions when I chose not to tip the order taker, my orders were consistently mishandled. To ensure I wasn't imagining this, I tested it over several visits. i love Dave's hot chicken but this is my absolute least favorite location. i dont like it so much i get mad when i accidentally order online here. don't get me wrong the service is good but the food is really a miss. every time i get a slider and cheese fries the slider bun is always soggy and when i get cheese fries there is hardly any cheese on them.
