Dave's NOT Chicken is a life changer for those that don't eat chicken. I am infinitely grateful it was brought back after being offered for the first 1/2 of 2024. This location specifically does a decent job handling orders (both dine-in and online). The cauliflower takes a bit longer, so expect to wait if you order it. Prices have increased by about $3.00 - $4.00 for the #2 we normally get and all items generally. They have lost us as a customer accordingly. We were all set to order yesterday, but when I went to the website and saw the increased prices we decided that was a line we would not cross. Chicken wasn't flavorful. The amount of food vs the price we paid was not comparable! 1 extra strip literally cost over $5 and I will say it is not worth it!

I've been a regular customer at this location, but I've noticed some patterns that concern me. On multiple occasions when I chose not to tip the order taker, my orders were consistently mishandled. To ensure I wasn't imagining this, I tested it over several visits. Each time, there was an issue--whether it was being told they ran out of red trays and serving my food in to-go boxes or claiming they were out of extra Dave's sauce when I requested it. i love Dave's hot chicken but this is my absolute least favorite location. i dont like it so much i get mad when i accidentally order online here. don't get me wrong the service is good but the food is really a miss. every time i get a slider and cheese fries the slider bun is always soggy and when i get cheese fries there is hardly any cheese on them.

The taste is just off as well as it has a weird aftertaste. We couldn't even finish our second slider and threw it away. This is a chain joint that I will not be going to again. There are far better smaller hot chicken restaurants just about everywhere

over priced, over-rated, HORRIBLE location. The food is tasty, but spending $30 on two combo meals when the drink isn't included and some of the food is missing- no thank you. AND the drink isn't included with the combo...AND their idea of a large drink is equivalent to a small McDonalds drink. So ridiculous- I can go to Popeyes and get the same tasting sandwich for WAYYYYYY cheaper and the drink is included in the combo AND part of the combo isn't missing. Miss me with Dave's

I was excited to try but I just didn't like it at all :( I got mild and the chicken just tasted like straight up cumin powder was rubbed all over it. Didn't finish it. Was a bummer but just not what I was hoping for. Mac and cheese was okay. Chocolate shake was fine. Fries and Dave's sauce were the best part but nothing that crazy.

This place has great customer service the people are great the only problem I have is the chicken is just not good it has no flavor and this my 2nd attempt at trying this place and the first time was at a different location I don't see how everyone could eat here
